Learning to recognize your child’s ‘drowsy’ vs ‘overtired’ signs is key to your child getting enough sleep. A baby or child needs to be in bed when drowsy and not overtired. Once he/she is overtired, it becomes increasingly difficult for him/her to settle and ultimately, fall asleep.
